Mineral water contains common elements such as calcium, potassium, and sodium, as well as trace elements including metasilicic acid, lithium, strontium, and selenium.
Tests on six water samples found that one sample exceeded the arsenic limit and five exceeded the fluoride limit. The maximum arsenic concentration was 0.02 mg/L, while the maximum fluoride concentration was 1.41 mg/L.
To improve water quality, a reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system can be used to reduce fluoride and remove impurities such as heavy metals, industrial pollutants, bacteria, viruses, and dissolved salts.
Project Overview
Project Name: Zhaoqing Hexinquan 20 T/H Bottled Water Production Line
Design Capacity: 20 tons/hour
Main Equipment
The water treatment system mainly includes:
- Quartz sand filter
- Activated carbon filter
- Water softener
- Reverse osmosis system
- UV sterilizer
- Ozone generator
- Raw water and purified water tanks
- Water pumps
- Water quality testing equipment
Production Process
The main process is:
Raw Water → Pretreatment → Reverse Osmosis → UV/Ozone Disinfection → Filling → Sealing → Labeling
Pretreatment removes suspended solids, organic matter, residual chlorine, and hardness. The RO system further removes dissolved salts, fluoride, heavy metals, and other contaminants to produce high-quality purified water.
Project Benefits
The Zhaoqing Hexinquan project adopted advanced water treatment and bottled water production equipment to achieve stable production and reliable product quality.
The system also focuses on energy efficiency, wastewater reduction, and stable operation, making it suitable for commercial bottled water production.
