Application Field: Electroplating Wastewater Reuse
Enterprise Overview
The electroplating industrial park is being developed in three phases. Phase I has already been completed and put into operation, covering approximately 100 acres with a total building area of nearly 80,000 m² and 32 electroplating production lines.
Since its establishment, the company has focused on electroplating equipment manufacturing and industrial park management. After years of development, it independently developed a patented “zero-discharge electroplating wastewater” technology in China.
The process follows the technical route of:
Wastewater Separation → Classified Treatment → Purified Water Reuse → Metal Recovery
This solution helps address wastewater pollution and resource recovery challenges in the electroplating industry while supporting more sustainable industrial development.
Equipment Introduction
1. Two-Stage Reverse Osmosis System
The system mainly consists of:
- Raw water pretreatment
- Two-stage reverse osmosis units
- Purified water storage system
2. Advanced RO Membrane Technology
The system uses high-quality reverse osmosis membranes and advanced RO treatment technology to produce purified water for electroplating wastewater reuse.
3. Multi-Stage Filtration
Multi-stage filtration helps remove:
- Sediment
- Suspended solids
- Colloids
- Organic matter
- Heavy metals
- Dissolved solids
- Bacteria and viruses
- Other harmful impurities
The pretreatment filter media is replaceable, helping maintain stable treatment performance while reducing operating and maintenance costs.
4. Reliable High-Pressure Pump
A high-quality low-noise high-pressure pump is used to ensure stable operation, long service life, and reliable system performance.
5. High-Pressure Backwashing
The system supports high-pressure backwashing, which helps extend the service life of filter media and RO membranes.
6. Automatic Operation
The water production process is automatically controlled. The system can stop automatically when raw water is insufficient or when the purified water tank is full.
